In my journey as a lifelong learner, I’ve been deeply curious about nature, people, and seeing the underlying systems connecting them. I value formalizing the connections between art and science, structured play, and problem generation. This approach shapes client relations thinking on systems analysis, embedding continual improvement, product development, and business growth.

I specialize in partnerships that build or enhance quality management systems and migrate away from lagging indicators to leading indicators by developing and implementing dashboarding and information systems in environmental monitoring, learning management systems, and the design of experiment methods for quality improvement and stabilization (lean and six sigma, respectively). Systems and science are the foundation upon which we identify and mitigate risk. The target is C-Suite-to-floor focus on the culture and people through which the efficacy of this work is realized in the long-term.

Through Brookview Consulting Group, I am helping more companies clarify and execute food safety, quality, and regulatory goals. These relationships often begin with more narrowly focused projects in areas of regulatory compliance, systems enhancements, and technical project management. I specialize in turnkey quality management system deployments (often in multiple-facility networks). The deliverables and relationships bring value to clients and often result in ongoing technical subject matter expertise support and long-term team building and coaching.

I have the privilege to work with diverse teams, product categories, and organizational systems while fostering partnerships in the process. I help clients develop and implement quality and food safety culture — a responsibility I seek to embrace with humility and focus. I am blessed to have the opportunity to work with clients and teams of many sizes and strengths, supporting technically complex manufacturing systems to small family-owned companies using old-world artisan techniques. Supported by science, we keep people and culture paramount, which is the key to our success.
